Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery service includes:

Cost: ₱1,500 per delivery
Express Delivery
Need your items quickly? Our express service includes:
- Delivery within 1-2 business days
- Basic placement in your home
- Removal of packaging materials
- Priority scheduling
Cost: ₱3,000 per delivery
White Glove Service
Our premium service includes everything plus installation:
- Professional installation and setup
- Connection to existing utilities
- Testing and demonstration
- Old appliance removal
- Cleanup and debris removal
Cost: ₱7,500 per delivery

Scheduling & Requirements
Delivery Scheduling
- Delivery windows available Monday-Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM
- Saturday delivery available: 9 AM - 4 PM
- Evening and weekend delivery available for White Glove service
- You'll receive a 2-hour delivery window confirmation
- Delivery tracking available via SMS and email
Delivery Requirements
- Someone 18+ must be present to sign for delivery
- Clear pathway to delivery location (minimum 32" width)
- Access to necessary connections for installation
- Parking space for delivery vehicle (approximately 12 meters)
- Stairs limited to 2 flights maximum for standard delivery
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I schedule my delivery?
We recommend scheduling your delivery at least 3-5 business days in advance for standard delivery, or 1-2 days for express delivery. For White Glove service, we suggest scheduling 1 week ahead to ensure proper coordination.
What if I need to reschedule my delivery?
You can reschedule your delivery up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a ₱1,250 rescheduling fee. You can reschedule by calling our customer service team or through your online account.
Do you remove old items?
Yes! Old item removal is included with our White Glove service at no additional charge. For standard delivery, we can remove old items for an additional ₱2,500 fee. Please let us know at the time of scheduling if you need this service.
What if my new item doesn't fit?
Our delivery team will measure doorways and spaces before attempting delivery. If an item doesn't fit, we'll work with you to find a solution, which may include returning the item or arranging for modifications to your space. There's no penalty for fit issues.
Do you provide warranties on delivery and installation?
Yes! We provide a 90-day warranty on all delivery and installation work. If there are any issues with the installation or if problems arise within 90 days, we'll return to fix them at no additional cost.
