Cooling Technician
Responsibilities:
- Install air conditioning units (window, split-type, centralized, and commercial systems)
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair cooling system issues using hand tools, testing devices, and measuring instruments
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and electrical schematics
- Ensure safe installation and handling of electrical wiring, controls, and components
- Respond to service calls promptly and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Advise clients on proper operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency practices
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and handle refrigerants and equipment safely

Credit Investigator / Collector
Responsibilities:
- Conduct credit investigations and background checks on new and existing clients to assess financial reliability.
- Evaluate credit applications by reviewing documents such as income statements, bank records, and trade references.
- Recommend appropriate credit limits and payment terms based on findings.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments through calls, emails, or visits.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounting departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client transactions, credit reports, and collection activities.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Submit regular reports on collections, delinquencies, and credit performance to management.
- Handle customer concerns professionally while protecting company interests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in credit investigation, collection, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Honest, reliable, and capable of handling confidential financial information.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and presentations.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers before and after sales.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
- Additional training or certifications in sales, business, or project management is a plus.

Human Resource Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Implement and oversee performance evaluation systems and employee development programs.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally and confidentially.
- Prepare HR-related reports and ensure compliance with government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE).

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the Salesforce sales team within the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

- Identify defective parts and perform replacements or adjustments using proper tools and techniques.

- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards during all service work.
